I followed his advice and did the same. I was mugged by a gang of 5 year olds and I'm still receiving therapy for the horrors I've endured.
My sister got me one like this (different brand) and I love it. I'm hypothyroid (have your sis see a doc if she hasn't yet) and even with medication my basal temp is always a couple degrees lower than the rest of the family. I wear this when I work from home since I don't move much and start feeling extra cold very fast. I'm sure your sister would love it.
