Had to log in and comment on this one. Buyer beware. I had been a OnePlus devotee back to the 6. I upgraded from my 8 to this 10T last year, thinking the specs were fantastic for the price. The performance was terrible - graphically-intensive games and apps stuttered horribly no matter how low I dropped the settings. I spoke to OnePlus customer support several times but they were of no help other than suggesting factory resets (which I did several times). I even took the phone back and exchanged it for a new one - same issues. Meanwhile, my old OnePlus 6 was running the exact same apps flawlessly at 60fps side by side with the new 10T while it stuttered trying to keep up 30fps.

They may have done some firmware updates since to correct this, but I ended up returning the second one 10T and getting an S23.

Don't listen to the haters. I have both this phone and the new 12. Excellent devices. Likely the best I've ever had. I recommend them.

My first OnePlus phone was the 6T I got in 2018. My son still uses that phone today with no issues after almost 6 years..

Upgraded to the OnePlus 9 for $150 (Slickdeals/Best Buy) in Aug 2022 and have been very happy with it.

10T should be delivered tomorrow. I'll keep buying OnePlus until I have a bad experience or find something better but they have been great phones so far.
