I love Penn station even more than Jersey mikes. My only issue is I don't know how people deal with passing it through their systems. I always end up with a softball size round piece of stool that is painful. No idea why but I have found drinking lots of water helps a bit. Very strange that this consistently happens for me.

This chain doesn't exist in NYC, so there is not one in Penn Station. And in New York, we don't call them "subs" we call them Heroes.
