I thought guitars were made out of wood, not metal?
In all seriousness, a lot of guitars are MIC these days including Epiphones that cost over 4x as much as this one.

ive been playing for over 20 years and i've never played this but am presuming from watching review videos on it that these are light years better than what you could get for $160 back when I started not even considering inflation. id say go for it
