I'm unfamiliar with this company but they seem to be a real company in IL, although there are lots of complaints about shipping speed. Glad I was forewarned and not in a hurry, after I ordered the Speed 4 I got an email saying it would ship in 14 - 23 days (free standard shipping.)

Thanks for your comments. I hope you'll receive your order soon!
This deal was first posted on Reddit. Most people with knowledge of this retailer say it's sketchy. Has a reputation for not shipping product or taking an inordinate amount of time to fulfill orders. This is a strong PASS for me.

If it means anything, Optics Planet is a legit website, mostly known for its shooting/hunting/fishing stuff.
I've ordered from there a few times, and almost every time, my order came in within 1 week (which is what the estimate on the site said). The only other exception was when an item was back ordered - and the website had told me it was back ordered prior to me making the order.
Their customer service is pretty good. I can't confirm - but I'm fairly certain they use US customer service reps. They are kind and helpful.
One more thing to note - there is almost always a 10% coupon for OP - so keep that in mind.
I don't think the Endorphin Pro 3's ever even went on sale, even after the release of the 4's. This deal seems to be a rare find. For $60 off, I'll gladly wait the 2-3 weeks.
I'm nervous because I haven't bought from this vendor but worst case, it'll be a chargeback. Also it seems like many of the complaints about them have to do with backordered items becoming truly out of stock and never restocked. It's unlikely they don't get their new stock of EP4s or ES4s, but we'll see. I took a chance.
The EP4s have an upgraded foam and better wet handling than the EP3s, and I'm not in a hurry to unbox the EP4s -- I'm still wearing out my EP3s and other shoes -- so the wait time of a few weeks or a month is doable for me.
If anyone is looking for that post discussion, the reddit OP didn't expand out the acronym, so you have to be specific in your search term. Go to the RunningShoeGeeks subreddit and search for either ES4 or TDAY in order to find the thread quickly.

I remember getting brand new Saucony Triumphs for $30 a few years ago - THAT was a deal.
$120 is basically MSRP disguised as a discounted price.
