Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on April 15, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. Central Time ("CT") and ends on April 30, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. CT (the "Promotion Period"). The Administrator's servers are the official time-keeping devices for the Sweepstakes.
ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is offered only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.
Prize:
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for winner and one (1) guest (who is at least twenty-one years old) to a city determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to the city where the event will take place; two (2) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); $250 spending money; $3,000 TicketsforLess gift card, terms and conditions apply; ground transportation to/from event on June 14, 2024; and a $42.00 prepaid card. ARV: $4,767.00.
Grand Prize winner will also be provided with a single cash payment in the form of a corporate check, which is intended to assist the winner with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the Grand Prize (the "Tax Gross-Up Payment"). The Tax Gross-Up Payment will be $2,043.00.
The total ARV of all available prizes in the Sweepstakes is $6,810.00.
