ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to individuals who: (a) are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (the "Eligibility Area"); (b) 21 years of age or older at the time of entering the Promotion
Timing: The Promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on April 18, 2024, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on August 11, 2024
PRIZES -
(1) GRAND PRIZE: to be won, and comprises of a three day/two nights trip for winner and one guest to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico comprising solely of (i) round trip, coach air transportation for Winner and one guest between a major gateway airport near Winner's home and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico (ii) 2 nights/3 days at the ME Cabo hotel, with breakfast each day during stay (one standard room, double occupancy); (iii) Ground transportation to and from airport in Cabo San Lucas (iv) Dinner each night at a top Cabo San Lucas restaurant, selected in the Sponsor's sole discretion and (vi) $1,500 spending cash in the form of a check. ARV of the Grand Prize is $8,500.
(1,180) INSTANT WIN PRIZES (10 per day): Each Instant Win Prize consists of one five-dollar ($5) Venmo Credit. The ARV of each Instant Win Prize is $5, and the ARV of all Instant Win Prizes is $5,900
