There are some nuances with the model. The software is horrible and I cannot get the leg rotator thing to function independently. It is also very heavy and hard to move around.
4D means the back rollers can push towards and roll up/down the body at different speeds. 3D would be a constant speed at all times.
This model is very aggressive compared to other models and maybe too intense for some users.

That monster is insane, I would never look back at any other chair. I sat in it for 30 min and I said sold, let's do the paperwork.

3D: the rollers move up-down-left-right-in-out. Sure it has shiatsu/tapping/and variety style. 4D just have varying feel while performing the massage.
