What if MS allowed you to switch out of S and into Windows 11 Home for free and it took less than 30 seconds?

I purchased one for a new employee at my place of business. I dropped a 16gb stick in it for a total of 20gb. So yeah, 12gb or 20gb is fairly simple.

That is correct. I'll fix that.

Very tempting but the last time I bought a cheap Asus vivobook 2 in 1 from Microcenter, the hinge broke in 4 months. At least they were good enough to fix it under warranty but it took 2 months.

If you are in need of a cheap laptop, then I would still consider buying this, but perhaps don't use it in tablet mode or abuse the hinge.

Since this is a 16:10, this has a very similar PPI to a typical 13.3" 16:9 1080p. So you can think of it as a 13.3" laptop with a taller screen. Should contribute to its portability. Laptops of this size usually don't come this cheap.

I'm not seeing this. Logged into my account and pickup at Indy store. Anything I'm missing to get it to 239?

I have a Zenbook Flip, all I can say is be wary of their build quality. The touchpad was showing signs of wear in under 4 months, and the drivers were being broken by windows update causing display oversaturation. There are also network connectivity issues, where the wifi works, but connecting automatically doesn't, so I have to manually choose my saved network every time I start or wake my computer.

These are also noisy and quick to heat up while running only firefox or audacity.

Why does CA only have only one B&M store being the most populous state in the Continental US? San Diego and Bay Area should get one each 😭

At first glance this seems like a fantastic deal. Upgradable RAM and SSD, thunderbolt 4, backlit keys, touchscreen, and a pretty decent CPU for anything <$400.

A couple people have already posted about the build quality of these though which makes me wary...
