I had the 14' version of this and ended up returning it. It's a nice ladder but I needed something that I could attach a standoff to that would allow me to get on my roof without smashing my gutters. I couldn't find a good solution that wouldn't cost me almost as much again as the ladder itself. For general work around the house, this ladder is great if a bit heavy. But the heaviness is a byproduct of the fact that you can do so many different configurations.

Only thing left to get would be the ladder tool bag...
