I chose to do a 1 pay lease and just pay everything at signing. I also had offers for roughly the same total price with $0 down $254 per month, $1k down $207 per month, and $2k down $161 per month. Admittedly those are slightly better than the $6k upfront but they didn't come with the extra $2k in options which I chose to use on lease end protection and tire/wheel protection

Last week my friend Signed 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 5 SEL AWD for $5000 one pay around Denver area (not the dealer listed in the post). Amazing deal considering free charging for 2 years with EA (mostly these chargers are at Walmart, Kingsoopers )

OK kids, just put in a Colorado Zip Code (80909) and it comes up with a price of Zero Due at Signing and $396.84 a month. That is 396.84 x 24 = 9524.16 - $5350 CO rebate = $4174.16.

You have to click 12,000 in Annual Miles to get it to work (10K give an error).

And this is before dealer discounts.

OP added some stuff on so price was higher.

You do not need a CO DL to buy a car in CO. But you may not qualify for the rebate without one. Devil is in the details.

I own this car in a limited and it's great. We charge at home 90% of the time and it handles everything we throw at it. Public charging is fine. Definitely slower than filling up with gas but not the end of the world. For long road trips, gas is doing to be better. But how often are people doing that.

When are those beautiful Chinese EV's for $10,000 going to enter the USA market? I mean, that is a price virtually everyone can afford. And if every American switching to EV's is super important to slow/stop the doom of climate change, then our government will want us all to have access to those cheap EV's right? RIGHT?

Down payment is different than one pay. You can assume one pays are hold in escrow account and paid to leasing company every month unlike down payments.

So incase of total, you loose your down pay money, whereas incase of one pay, you get pro rated.
