300nits still not much for hdr for va Panel but might be ok with how dark blacks can get with it

So everyone seems to prefer the IPS displays, I don't game, just web browsing, watching movies while web browsing and light coding. Would you choose this 160ghz VA or a 60ghz IPS for the same price?

It depends on what really matters to you. IPS has the best color while VA has the best black level. Hertz matter more when it comes to gaming.
