The T9 Smart Thermostat works with Smart Room Sensors to help you adjust the temperature from anywhere and stay cozy in the rooms that matter.
Place sensors where you want to see each room's temperature and humidity. Use the multi-room display on the thermostat's touchscreen — or in the Resideo app — to focus on rooms based on occupancy or a specific schedule you choose. When focusing on multiple rooms, the T9 works toward creating an average temperature, balancing the needs across the whole home.
Whether it's a song belted in the shower or a whispered secret, your air goes beyond simply carrying oxygen to circulating memories. Heavy or light, hot or cold, always unique to your home, the air you feel is more than its temperature setting. Our Air products and services work with you and for you, supporting and creating more comfortable surroundings.

Ac companies do not like nest. They say it damages equipment, specifically boards with surges. Not sure if it's true. Most companies use this/honeywell or brand specific thermostats.

I disabled the learning in my nest. It would keep changing the schedule whenever I adjusted the temp.

I keep loosing the WiFi connectivity with my NEST Thermostats. I have 2 of them(upstairs and downstairs). It works good initially for about 3-4 years after that I started to get this issue. I contacted NEST support after painful 2 hours of troubleshooting they sent a replacement top part of the device. Even that did not work. Just looking for something very reliable in WiFi connectivity and thermostat which does it job well.

Damnit I just bought this at full price.

Also first hand experience here with a sensi, sensi touch 2, and the t9. I prefer either the original sensi touch or this thermostat. The T9 has been absolutely phenomenal and I now have 2 of these in use (one for myself and one at my parents house). I've used the sensi touch thermostats in the past hence trying the touch 2 and ended up returning it for this unit. The room sensors and apps are great, I've personally never had any connectivity or WiFi issues on either of my units. Pairing to WiFi was easy and the app has been pretty stable from what I can tell. The features on it and usage history are also quite nice.

Just my two cents, absolutely worth the money here. I would hands down recommend this thermostat over any other currently available.

Good deal. I bought one a couple months ago on eBay for $130. Happy with it! It is not very close to the router but has no problems with connectivity. Had an Ecobee at the old house, it was also fine. My energy company (Entergy) is running a $60 rebate that this qualifies for, but the ecobee does not.

Shows 152 for me. There's a utility rebate button that doesn't apply for my area. Am I missing something else?
