    I bought these a few months ago after trying them on in-person. The sales associate at the store mentioned they get a lot of returns on these because it's hard to get a good fit. The cloth on top is very stretchy, and continues to expand as you wear the shoe. They work fine for me, but it's not the most comfortable shoe because my heel keeps feeling like it's about to slip out (but doesn't).

    I have owned these for about 2 years now and agree. I like the shoes but its kind of like a flip flop where the top is light and bottom is heavier causing it to feel a bit unstable. Not a bad shoe and versatile (I wear with suits sometimes), but know that it is not exceptional

    If you have wide feet - these shoes are awesome! The material is light and loose and they are accepted in an office environment or on the street. These are my daily walking and occasional dancing shoes as they have lasted well past a year and still look good.

    I ordered my regular size and they were perfect even though they didn't come in a Wide size. Most shoes are usually too small but these fit wonderfully.

    I have several pairs of these shoes and they are great! once you go Cole Haan no reason for anything else...
