My vacuum literally just broke today (shark navigator). This seems like a great vacuum, from what I've been reading, at great price. Anything to know before pulling the trigger?

It's lightweight, but you could get something better for less if you're willing to shop around.
These are super annoying to use. The ball is a
novelty that in theory works for swivelling, and that's it. You cannot detach the head to get under furniture, which leaves you to use an attachment to inefficiently scrub underneath said furniture.
I have a Shark Rotator that has the ability to have the canister AND head detach. The head is still powered and I can easily vacuum underneath beds and tables. Moreover, there's an LED on the handle and head, so I can see where I am vacuuming. Once I experienced these features, it is very very hard not to have them.
I do have a back up shop vac that i could use lol... Do you have some examples of better vacuums for cheaper?
I've seen people say Shark Lift-Away vacuums are good (but they are not repairable, and the warranty sucks if it ever fails). eBay usually has refurb deals.
Eureka 3670M is like $75 on Amazon. It requires bags, and some people suggest getting a Wessel-Werk RD285 and TK286 head to supplement it. You'd still be less than what this costs though.
