Wow, paid almost twice this much and that was a pretty good deal. Might need to grab a second and double up! Smilie

I wear it for a variety of calisthenics, but mostly just for going on walks and adding just enough resistance to make it interesting. It distributes weight better than a backpack and I don't have to worry about loading/unloading a pack constantly.

The only thing I have to worry about is looking like a weirdo in the neighborhood Wink

I bought the padded, boxy llooking vest. I wouldn't wear it in public lol. This one could be more discreet hidden under sweater jacket

I use this to walk up and down 20 flight floors currently set at 10 lbs. A little resistance training while watching youtube/tiktok and the time flies by quickly. I think it helps with posture as I think weight forces a self correcting posture going up and down stairs. I do 4-5 sets and am exhausted at the end and drenched in sweat. Yeah sweat is a con wearing this vest. It's soaked at the end of workout session. So you should have some strategy drying it after workout. Hardly see anyone walking stairs and so no worry about other looking at you funny.

Use this for calisthenics and weigh training. Pretty good, comfortable enough, i keep it fully loaded at 20lb. Wish i had a 40lb vest but the price is crazy
