this guy was saying how wobbly it is and I noticed that when I got mine.
then I saw some shattered plastic pices inside the box. turns out the ring that stablize it came broke. seems it was low quality platic.

It still threads into it and will be easily fixable with a washer or two. Not a deal breaker for me. This thing is bright.

I'm sure it could, but I'm not going to bother. It still works fine as-is, and a couple of washers would suffice.
