Given that it is only 70-75% protein, I would say there probably isn't much isolate in it. You should consider it whey concentrate.

The 100 is overstated. It's 80-90% protein, so it has other ingredients, but not an excessive amount of them.
Some unflavored isolates are close to 90-100% protein.
