Sorry, the CSR was pretty strict. But they did give me the bundle price of the $1214 for the TV, added 2 year warranty and installation for free and bundle the soundbar for $604. It seems that the CSR could only do the 10% on one item so it was applied on the tv being the more expensive. Apparently the 10% off is a time limited thing, they only issue these so often. I had to cancel the previous deal I had for the TV and then the CSR could offer me the discount.

I'm going to assume you had stacked discounts of referral code from fellow employee, a cashback deal, adn then the cancellation trick where if you cancel an order Samsung MAY send an automated message asking if a further 10% discount code would help change your mind. I've heard that's hit or miss and only with Samsung phones.
