No phone pocket kinda kills the deal for me. After having a couple pairs of shorts with phone pockets, it's hard to go without now.

Only two in size 32, one is ugly and the other isn't eye catching but I
m getting the nutmeg. Good color for the summer and fall.

laugh out loud Apparently it's more complicated than it would appear.

The thing about those front pockets is that you can't put much in them if you plan on walking anyway lest it bang against or jut into your thigh all day. The ideal use for them is to carry in them something wide, flat and smooth.

I got the nutmeg amazon essential pants over the winter and absolutely love them. the pants are so soft and the color is nice but i also like splashes of color. its not quite as orange as a sweet potato but i call them my sweet potato pants.
