They closed all the RA's in my area so I haven't shopped them in years. But I'm trying to order something for someone that only RA carries. Is there a way to get this code to work online to get $10 wys 30? LB12162000060100002

You will automatically get the 10 BC when you spend 30 online before tax. It won't show up in the cart, but it will be added to your account.

(I see ahershy already answered while I was messing around, but just in case anything else in my reply is helpful, I'll go ahead and post.)

That looks like the email coupon, which is only good in store, but the normal behavior for this sort of deal is that it works once online, too--no code/coupon necessary. won't tell you you're getting that $10 worth until after you place your order, though. Also new-ish with online orders is that the earned bonus cash isn't available immediately. Shows as "pending" in your bonus cash details on your rewards/dashboard page for a week or so, but you'll be able to confirm you'll be getting what you expected there.

I've been out of RA couponing for a bit and wondered if this deal could be done over a couple of transactions and the amounts tracked: Nature's Truth $10BC wys $30. I did an onine order that was over $30 and got $10 off of it, but that reduced my spend towards this deal to $22.xx. If I spend $8 more, will I get the $10 BC? Thanks for your help!!

I'm not 100% sure I understand your exact situation or why a similar situation was such a fail for me, but was thinking I learned the hard way that online spend doesn't track, so I would say proceed with caution. Last night, I did a pick-up order for 2 BOGO vit D gummies @ 15.49. Cart showed I would earn $10 BC. After tax and RA10 code, total was $6.61. The use BC box was definitely checked, and with the note that BC would be applied at pick-up, I thought the most I'd have to pay OOP would be the 62 cents tax. Since code promotion said "+ $10 Bonus Cash," and online orders don't show the storewide $XBC/$Xspend in the cart, I thought it was possible I'd even get that additional $10BC. Woo Hoo!!!

When I got to the store, I didn't get the "use bonus cash" option, and the whole amount was going to be charged to my credit card. I told the cashier that I wasn't expecting that and had checked the "use bonus cash" option online. She didn't know what to do and called the manager. He didn't seem sure how to fix it, but got the total down to close to what I expected. But I didn't get any BC at all. The receipt showed $20.98 NT tracking, though, so I bought a $9.29 bottle of Vit C in a $30 transaction thinking I'd settle for at least coming out even-ish. Still didn't get any NT BC, and that receipt only shows $9.28 NT tracking! Neither that nor the $20.98 make sense to me. Testing online, I need over $30 for it to show earned BC in the cart, so I don't seem to have any amount tracked there. Thinking I may call CS, or more likely just return all the damn NT.

I have only done one other pick-up order. That time, too, (same store) my BC was not applied, but I had a very good cashier who immediately knew exactly how to re-ring everything, incorporating online pricing and the pick-up code and paying it all with BC. That has happened to me (tracking online different from tracking in store) on one account because the Plenti/Rite Aid account weren't merged correctly .. so the register receipt usually shows a different number for my account than if I bring up the virtual card on my phone. Don't know if what I'm saying makes sense ... but any other account, it all tracks fine.

I've done about 15 pick up orders .. each time I only click the 'Use BC' box before I check out online. The shift supervisor scans the receipt when I pick up, everything pops up on the screen (I never have to put my phone number in) and then she just puts it through. There's nothing special that she has to do for it to use my bonus cash as payment.

Thank you so much for your reply! It never would have occurred to me, but I think you identified my problem. My account number on the website, the virtual card in the app, and the receipt for the pickup order are all the same, but the account number on receipts for in-store purchases is different, and the account number on my Plenti card is yet another. I seem to recall a post from someone for whom CS "fixed" a multiple accounts problem and locked her out of her account, but if I get to where I don't have anything to lose, I may give CS a call.

Then this time, I was watching and scared enough to stop her before she finalized, but those employees likely just took my word for it. I'm tempted to try it again. I haven't been to RA this week. It's been a few months actually since I did a deal at RA. My local store closed and I don't like going to the other one. They got a new manager that I can't stand. If I don't care about vitamins or clearance allergy, is there a reason to go this week? I hate to pass up a 10/30 booster. I'll have some free time to shop on Saturday if there's anything good. You're always helpful so I'm wondering what you think.
