These are meal replacement bars, not snacks. A 400 calorie meal with 20g sugar and 30g protein is still fairly light, these aren't going to make anyone fat if they are used as intended.
If you are bulking and trying to add weight, these are an easy way to add in an extra meal.
This flavor is delicious, I already ordered a box yesterday but the coupon appears to be unlimited uses so I'm in for second box.

These are actually meal replacement bars @ pretty much 400 calories
I am have been trying to put on weight for a few years. These bars are an excellent way to get a lot of calories quickly. I eat one of these with 2 scoops of protein powder as a bedtime snack.
Thank you. One gram of protein per ten calories is about the best you'll get from these bars. I usually only eat half of these big ones, or a full smaller one (like the pure protein bars or quest ones).
