$2.69 here in MN. No tax because the laws are weird. Because it contains flour it is a "food item" which is non-taxable.

Just fyi, they have the 18.28 size for $5.18 before S&S discount, pretty much the same price per ounce as the smaller bag(actually slightly cheaper).

Yeah I almost purchased the bigger bag until S&S lowered the price to make the smaller bags a better deal by 3 cents per oz.
