Wife loves it but all of these have batteries dying right at the end of warranty (2 years) and not replaceable. Hers did, too. For that price, they should last longer.

I saw reddit thread that battery can't be replaced when it dies and i saw there are many people with dead battery. and I heard BMS on Dyson is something that you dont want to deal with..

All the other Dyson products on the website are refurbished except this straightener. I hope they didn't mess up on listing and forgot to include that, and this is actually a refurbished one?

After seeing this comment, I got worried as I ordered this morning. I reached out to customer care and they said, there's a chance the product listing was misleading. Once delivered and If it's refurbished they assured me that they will initiate a return and they made a note on my order that the listing is misleading…

I got my order in and called as well to make sure that the Corale I ordered was brand new. CS notated my preference for a brand new
Dyson and will return in case it is otherwise.
I hope it is and that Nordstrom does not
cancel my order.🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I ordered one this morning and called customer service in the afternoon to confirm like previous commenters. The CS i got told me since the item is now sold out and no longer listed. She is unable to confirm if this deal new or refurbished, but for the price, it is possibly for refurbished condition. 😓 anyone got a screenshot of the Dyson was listed as new ?

I reached out on chat too on their website after I ordered it. The guy assured it was brand new. But, now since some of the other reps gave different responses to you guys and noted on the orders if not brand new, you would get refund.... I hope I am able to refund too even if my cs rep didn't note anything on my order, because they insisted it was brand new when they checked.

How would you know it is refurbished though? Are refurbished different packaging? I've never bought refurbished Dyson products before.
