4070Ti sold by Newegg's store front on Ebay. Free shipping. Not a great deal for a not great graphics card, but lowest price new at the moment. Price is similar to some 4070 Super's MSRP so if you're looking for something in that price range I hope this helps.

I'm not buying any more zotacs, palit or pnys, only asus, gigabyte or msi from now on.

you don't realize what a difference a better quality cooler/heatsink/backplate makes.

I totally agree with you, I would stay away from PNY and Zotac, and only buy MSI, Gygabyte, and ASUS! Another point is that the warranty in terms of length is better than PNY which is 1 year and Zotac which is 2 years; however, you pay more for the added years of warranty for Asus and MSI. Gygbyte's price is reasonable for 3+1 years of warranty.
