awesome deal but I don't have a Menards near me and shipping cost for it is $58.95 so that pretty much makes it a deal breaker for me.

My sale price was $22 with $19 as the final sale price with the 11% rebate. I bit, and grabbed one with pickup at my local Menards.

I agree. Too bad I don't have a need for it.

The reviews on Amazon, people probably bought it at a much lower price. So keep that in mind.

The back is screwed on instead of nailed on, so that helps, also the veneer seems fairly decent
