"Fruit" can be a bit misleading, this is candy (bar.) I bet these are tasty though and way better than a fruit roll up lol

Most nutritionists will agree natural sugar like this is much healthier than processed refined sugar in manufactured foods. of course whole fruit is better but this is a good moderate snack compared to alternative processed foods

Wrap these IN the lettuce. Healthy and tasty. Especially if you use iceberg lettuce.
While they are tasty and a good little snack, they're simply not worth it after shrinkflation.
Of course I'm only looking at this as a snack and not a food substitute. But could be worth noting that not all sugars are the same and fruit sugars are processed differently by the body. Any vitamins and minerals from fruits (although it'll probably be minuscule) are generally better for you than synthetic ones as well (I believe because synthetics are different on a molecular level).
