80 to dynamic 12K range, is a bit compressed for pro work (Lacking some bass and high end). It's cheap $ and I'm no "audiophile"; but it's only for non-serious uses. See the review and decide for yourself. If you are progressing as a singer then I would look for better rated mics under $100. Shure has a $40 on the cheap; fine for instruments. A 57 and your own wind blocker would work for many things. Shure SM58 B for the fineest vocal nuances. And they have a broadcaster type mic for deep voice too. And there are many more brand options.
So, if you grab this for the price then that's good; but don't expect it to be fuller range, workhorse standard or anything like that.
