Wow, 1.5" c-clamp, drop forged, no less! Could be ideal to squeeze the piston back into a disc brake caliper if doing a brake job on a 1/4 scale vehicle!

There is Bessey clamps and there are the real Bessey clamps. These cheap c-clamps are made in China and are no better than any other China built clamp you can buy for $1.50 everyday. The real Bessey sliding clamps are built in Germany and very expensive.
