Just tried it today for lunch. Ugh sandwich was pretty flavorless. I'll stick with just their charburger. Though don't go often, prices are too high.

Go into My Offers then click on the offer. If I remember correctly, this is where it tells you how to redeem the offer which I believe is another click. I ordered mine in store so I can't speak to why some are having issues using it online/in app.

To customize the sandwich click on the sandwich and you'll see "customize" at the top. Tap the left/right arrows to add/subtract the items that are on the sandwich. Make sure you click save at the bottom when done.

I believe they still give you a free burger for signing up/downloading the app so watch for that

FWIW, I just had this at lunch and I thought it was very good. I bought 2 chicken bites for $1.20 each which I thought was comical since it was literally $1.20 for each chicken nugget. lol. Even though it was good I would never buy the sandwich for around $11. That's crazy. I don't understand the sodium comments though. If you don't want sodium, don't buy a sandwich with bacon and cheese.

Saw the comment about it being dry so I added white cheddar cheese for .90 and grilled onions for free. Sandwich was really great! Buttery toasted sourdough, mayo, avocado and bacon. Got some veggies in there too. Probably healthier than a charburger

Just a heads up! Once you create an account, you CANNOT change your EMAIL. And you CANNOT DELETE your account.

I am having problems trying to change my email. It won't allow me. So I just wanted to delete my account with personal info. It won't allow me to do that either. ughhh...

I am having a hard time trying to figure out how to get help for this.

I had this deal today. It's a good sandwich but not worth $11. It should come with a side or something for the price.
