I'm not a huge fan of the "HD hack" but that's an outstanding deal for an outstanding set of tools. I've been using these for a while now and they are by far my favorite cordless tools, with their excellent power to size ratio. They can't do 'everything' but for 98% of what I need they're more than capable.

The hack isn't as easy as it has been in the past, but you can always return what you don't want.

You used to be able to ship to store for the item you didn't want, and to the house for what you wanted. Now you have to use the same method for both. You can also send to one store and pickup at another. I have had them give me a hard time for not picking up the battery before, but ultimately they still refunded it.

Amazing deal. I picked up this combo on Black Friday 2023 for the same price. Great tools, insane price. I picked up the order and then immediately went to customer service to return the battery. No problems.
