I see the price is 29.99 minus a 30% discount. That would be around 21 dollars. Is there a coupon to get it to the 7.49 price listed here? Is the deal dead?

I bought one of these a couple months ago. It was on sale but not this cheap. I use it with a iPhone 13 Pro Max which already has a ESR Halo lock clear case. Not sure why it's frequently returned, it's a simple vent clip style having nothing special but I like it because the magnet is strong and my phone doesn't fall off like it did with the last brand I used. I just picked up another one, thanks op.

Keep in mind that wireless charging will heat up your phone more than regular charging (at the same W). I have the version of this that has a cooling fan under the wireless pad, and I highly recommend it. Even in direct sun it keeps charging for quite a while (I'm in Vegas 🔥). Vent clip works very well, I imagine it's the same on both models. Very happy with ESR products I've owned in the past as well.

Also, these are compatible with Samsung/Android phones with a simple magnetic case from Amazon.

The air vent blowing cold air into it should be enough

I don't have this model, but I have the model that also wirelessly charges and I have their magsafe ring holder. ESR is noticeably higher quality than the other brands I tried first, such as Spigen.

Almost all the 1-star reviews were about the magnets not being strong enough, so that's opposite your experience. Honestly, I'm buying this for the discounted magsafe charger and wasn't really planning to use the car vent part

I have a different ESR car mount—the one certified for MagSafe. The magnet is strong. However, eventually the plastic clip breaks due to sun exposure, so you need pliers to open the clip. But for the price it's fine.
