The seller in this case is Beach Camera. The reviews are likely from another third party that was listing through Walmart.
Beach Camera is literally a large corportation. It's not a scam.
This is correct

Dead again. Might should have jumped on this but really want to wait for sub $1,800 since Amazon was $1725 last month.

Deal is still alive but walmart has two listings for it, one from Beach Camera which has the deal and another is a different reseller.

No, it was dead and it came back... and it's dead again.

Man, making me wonder if I should have waited to buy my G3. Paid $1900 for the 65" from beach camera as well. They are just giving these TVs away if seems. Target also if you can find one in store.
They're good deals, but $2,000 for a TV is still pretty ridiculous unless your life revolves around TV. I say this as an owner of 3 LG OLED TVs, including a C3 77.

I've read other reviews that say that Dolby Vision is not needed because the Samsung is much brighter than the LG.
Vision doesn't have anything to do with the brightness, it's a type of HDR that checks the need to change the range more frequently instead of at regular intervals. it gives a cleaner picture, not necessarily a brighter one. Samsung is just brighter because the pixels are using a blue filter with their panel as opposed to the white filter of a non Q panel. Before that they were backlit LEDs that were naturally brightest. Samsung also has always used heavier color saturation which some people like because it makes the colors pop but is not always an accurate picture or what the director intended.

CPS is the worse. They'll find a loophole not to provide coverage. I prefer the Allstate coverage Walmart offers.
If you go up to the G series, it comes with a 5 year panel warranty in addition to it's regular 1 year factory warranty. So you'll save a few hundred bucks there. And another few hundred if you put in a bid on Greentoe. It's also significantly brighter and the closest you'll get to a Samsung QOLED without having to give up Dolby Vision That's why I paid $1900 for my 65" originally. But I'll be bummed if the 65" drops to $1500 or the 77" drops to 2k.

They've had them for a couple years now. The 90c or something like that is one of them. You'll see them on sale here all the time

My unit had a huge hole in the side (Looked like a forklift hit it?) and of course its damaged.

The delivery guy from Walmart brought it in, and I saw a huge hole on the side. I told him to take pics because if its damaged, Im not accepting it. He took pics but couldn't wait for me to open it. I opened it and yep... cracked screen.

It was shipped and fulfilled by Walmart (according to the third party seller I spoke to) so I have to go through them, fine. However, they could only return the item and not replace at the price I paid. Its now $2296 now (I paid 1890). Walmart could not, or would not honor a replacement at the same price. WTF!

They have to contact the seller to see if they would honor another. Who knows if they will, but im not holding my breath. They are coming to pick up the damaged unit on Friday.

Anyone know what else I can do? I just want a working TV at the price I paid...

Do not purchase this. I got a dud screen and cannot get a replacement so I have to go through the whole process again. Ridiculous.
