The one I just visited had a ton of open box at $201 (About 8 open box) again YMMV

But should I be concerned that they had 8 open box at that store alone. That's seems like a pretty high return rate?

Maybe some consider 350 nits dim for some rooms - guessing some consoles don't work well with this one?
It's a VA panel, so likely smearing in dark scenes.

May I ask the zipcode or store? Ive been wanting to get an open box one but am only seeing $300 for weeks now

$201 was based on the sale price. Items that go on sale, open box prices will match that (percentage lower than sales); it has since gone to $289
