My local Microcenter has four of these monitors available for purchase. Reviews are in the low 4-star range; biggest complaint is the likelihood of dead pixels. I would hope being refurbished they would check for dead pixels, but who knows. Therefore, YMMV whether your local MC has these and if you luck out with the panel lottery.
  • 165 Hz Refresh Rate, 1ms Response Time, IPS Panel
  • AMD FreeSync Technology
  • HDMI 2.0; DisplayPort 1.4; HDMI 2.1

Had 2 element 32 inch monitors. It was cheap for the first one but only lasted less than a year and it died. Second one worked for a few months then the DP ports died. HDMI port works but only when I power cycle it. Would I buy another? Probably not and go to the bigger brands.

I will add my comment for every Element related post:

Please don't buy Element products. Bought a monitor from them. It's only last 4 months and now it gives me blank screen when I turn on. I cannot return it because it's over 90 days return policy. Spent a lot of time through many calls to their customer service. They tried to ignored me by chasing around like "I'm getting an update for your case", "Someone will give you a call back at the end of the day or in 24 hours". Never got a call back. They keep doing that until I gave up. Like just thrown away a couple of hundred bucks. This company is scamming people.

My son picked up a refurb of this monitor today for $63, got home and found the box contained a plain 3 prong power cord, not the required 12V/4A external AC adapter with cable. What the ^%$#@!?

And my Microcenter which has always been a great place to shop, apparently no longer has a store phone number. Probably I will have to waste time tomorrow driving back to return, how could they sell this with an obviously wrong power cable?

Don't buy any refurb item from Microcenter without first opening the box and carefully checking all the parts and connections.
