The issue seems specific to the charging base and this model. The product still works when charging through cable for my case and it seems a few others.
States it does have a 2 year warranty, not much good tho if it fails when I am on vacation
And they do not cross ship- another bad sign
Note: Before Anker can release a replacement, it may be necessary to return the defective item for quality inspection.
And I do not know HOW they get away with what seems like FALSE advertising on these products
