I just picked up a little older HP Pavilion Desktop PC TP01-1247c I5-10400 8gb ram 2 TB HDD for $161 from gonzalezglobal/Desktops. This processor is 25% slower, but over $100 cheaper it will work. I still have an RX480 on the shelf and an extra 500gb NVME along with the 310W PSU and 8 gig ddr4 from the other build (I upgraded to a 400W)
I'll have 2 nice little 1080P gamer's here shortly
edit, oops I failed at reading.

An i didn't take a look at its insides; but I know modern dells I seen look like this way, an in the past other companies have proprietary power supplies. which means it uses a different form factor an you'll never find an upgrade if it does.
Definitely the smaller one is just to browse the web an or most likely these are sold in bulk as cash registers an at data processing /call center work computers..
Also most people's gfx cards are better than the original overprice stock of whatever model. So when looking it up if you wanna add up what you need an have a 20% overhead ; make sure you factor in the likely hood your gfx card is probably better than the stock reference model vs the other 50 versions of it which almost always are better thus drawing more power

It is a proprietary power supply with 4 different models to choose from
180, 310, 400 and a 500. all can be bought off eBay new under $70 in most cases.
Example if the HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop shipped with a gtx 1650 it's likely a 180W PSU
If the same HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop shipped with a 3060 it will most likely have a 400 or 500W already installed. The systems are already built with the proper components.
The $280 one I bought (this deal) on 4/15
I upgraded with a 1660 Super and a 310w PSU never pulled over 190W from the wall
I have also upgraded the cpu cooler and replaced the 256gb NVME with a 1TB.
The 310w is labeled HP TP01 TE01 310W 80 Plus Gold PSU OEM Power Supply [ebay.com]
or the 400w
400W L04618-800 Power Supply Fit HP [ebay.com]
