Any speakers on this bad boy? EDIT: it doesnt

PSA, lots of 1-2 star reviews on LG's page for this monitor.
Only USB downstream is 2x USB 3.0. I know that me wanting for I/O at least four and possibly a USB C port isn't what everyone cares about, but it seams like needless cost cutting for such a high-end monitor. It's literally the only thing stopping me from picking up this monitor.

Have seen reports about nano IPS causing headaches and eye strain. Not sure what that's about.

For what it's worth, I own the 34GP83A (nearly 99% identical to this) version and I absolutely LOVE it. I've had it for two years and primarily editing and gaming. Colors are great, the curve is subtle. My only gripe is not realizing I needed a wider monitor. 34" Ultrawide wasn't comparable to two 23" widescreen monitors (what I had before). I ended up getting a 27" for added real estate. Looking back, a 38" would've been better.

I've been running my 34GP83A since Oct. 2020. Zero issues. Great monitor. It's on sale for $529 right now too. Though I think with OLED these should be under 500 by now.

Currently running 165hz while playing FN on the 34GP83A, which is nearly identical. Had a 3060ti and now a 7900xt.

I did finally came across some reviews that said it was FreeSync compatible but only with DisplayPort (which works for me).

I have an older version 34gk950f-b. I think i paid like $900 4 or 5 years ago. Love the monitor, great for both work and gaming.

I would like this one, but not sure enough of an upgrade for the price....

Gives me eye strain if I play for a while and if I'm dialed in the game but as long as you look away every little bit like in between games and stuff like that you're chillin. I have a va panel and ever since I've been using ips I can't stand va
