just a heads up, this WILL be from amazon warehouse. They are well known for sending out dead units, dead pixeled units, refurb return units.. I tried twice and got bunk monitors both times. First one DOA, second one had seven dead pixels. I should have read the reddit reviews first...

Thank you ! I have had that same experience with Amazon for many smaller items but never thought they would try to pull their usual nonsense with a major purchase like this. I should have known better !

I've had nothing but excellent monitor purchases from Amazon. Never had a single problem. I've probably purchased at least 5-8 monitors from them over the years.

For those on a budget, I have the LG 34GP83A-B. It's only $649 brand new right now. It was $799 when I originally bought it. I really like it and have no complaints! I game quite a bit on it, and I don't see the need to upgrade any time soon. I'm running a 3080 TI GPU.

on the return end, they "LOST" the item in their warehouse. luckily, the ups driver took a picture of the person who signed for it at amazon warehouse PHEONIX on Monday morning. On amazon end, the see that it hasn't even arrived at their dock yet. looks like someones going to go home crying today. They honored my refund immediately upon my suspicion of employee theft. UPS driver saved the day...
