Samsung pricing is always so weird. I'm getting 1300 in the app.
1039.99 in the browser.

The other "early order" G6 monitor I get $670 in the app and $720 online.

Do you know if that Samsung credit can be used on their TVs? This might be cooking with me now haha

Wish they made this a little bigger maybe 40 inches. 4k unscaled at 32 inches makes these old eyes hurt.

I plugged this in and:

Total Savings
$560.00
Bundle Discount(s)
-$300.00
Education Savings
-$260.00

Which technically makes it EPP price of $1,039.99 with an additional $300 credit applied for a later purchase:

"$300 Samsung Credit
Redemption details will be emailed within 35 days after your device is delivered."

Has anyone done this? Seems like a fairly decent price for a monitor just released and getting very good reviews.

I'm going to order it and see how it does. For my area with taxes comes to like $1190 and then minus $300 later for credit (but would have to spend it at Samsung) it would technically be $890 which seems like an awesome deal for a just released OLED. I will cancel / return if it ends up not the case.

I ended up going back and forth, adding both the g8 and g6 to my cart in the app. Then making the purchase online (for cash back site, cash already tracked)
Then I'm going to return the g6 without opening it. Anyways the price is $900 in the app if you add two monitors.
I hear they might try to take away the extra 10% discount with the return but I imagine a chat threatening another return and they'll not pull those shenanigans.

Dang this is exactly what I've been waiting for: so at BestBuy, Anyone know if this is eligible for the Recycle-a-monitor 10% coupon? On their website it looks like this one is not eligible, probably since it's new.

Placing two of these in cart on Samsung EPP comes out to $899.99 for one and $935.99 for the other with the reserve promo only applying to one monitor. Plus 10% CB and two $300 credits (which may be useful for their usual phone + tablet + watch bundle deal later). There is an option for same-day pick-up at my local BB.

Here are a couple of items I specifically asked the Samsung Expert in chat while shopping in case others had the same question:
  • Is it possible to get the reserve promotion to apply to both monitors?
    • No.
  • The product page states this monitor comes with a 3-yr warranty but drilling into the warranty states only 12-months? Additionally, are burn-ins covered in the US???
    • It is 3-yrs and does NOT cover burn-ins.
  • Can I use the $300 credits for anything on Samsung?
    • Yes.
  • Can I stack the credits on a single order later?
    • No.

Pretty slick. I've been hunting for a MSI 321URX with no luck. With Samsung edu, it was 1039.99, $300 GC, with potentially 16% total CB. Better deal than the MSI and actually in stock.

Everyone is different, but I briefly owned the Asus PG38UQ, 38" 4k. It was amazing monitor, but with my 30" deep desk and even trying to get more viewing distance by adding a makeshift keyboard tray, the screen size was too much for me and I got eye strain every day. YMMV as many people online seem to be fine using a 42" screen with a more shallow desk than mine!

Razor Ramon's.. can I use a life line? Maybe the audience can help? I know where the 10cb comes from Haduken! But the extra 6%…?
