This is showing up as $959.99 in my app. You can chat in to get the app discount on the browser. Then check cash back sites, a popular one is doing 10% on monitors.
I'd be careful with this. I ordered it on day one. When it arrived, it felt very flimsy. The power cable didn't fit, and plugging it in moved the back of the monitor, like the plate didn't fit well. It worked for about 15 minutes and then went dark and wouldn't turn back on. It looked really good, but the smart features made it much harder to use. I had a very difficult time with customer support and should have never bothered. I returned it, and now they are over three weeks out at my location. Soured me on Samsung.
There has been reports that warranty lasts only 1 year, also burn in is unlikely to be covered knowing Samsung. Tempting price if you count in gift card but you make huge compromise on longetivity in return

Warranty is 3 years, no burn in coverage. Why spew garbage when it is stated very plainly? Overall I still wouldn't recommend it because Tizen OS is horrible and has no place in a monitor.
I'm seeing $949.99 before tax via web brower (Bundle Discount -$300.00, Referral Discount -$50.00, Education Savings -$250.00, Reserve Promotion -$50) and today the CB went up to 15% for Samsung monitors. Adding another monitor drops it down to $854.99 which I heard you can return the 2nd and keep the discount (very YMMV). Chatting with a rep regarding the warranty, she confirmed the 3 year but no burn-in coverage if in the US (apparently this will vary depending on your country). I would not be surprised if a separate rep gives you a different answer.
