My advice to someone new to 3d printing: Buy this. Don't over think, buy the Mini A1. It should work great directly out of the box.

you can get it directly from bamboo for the same price.
Bambu's anniversary sale takes place in June every year, I doubt this has anything to do with the K2 directly. It's about taking more of the market share for Bambu.

Purchased this about 2 months ago with the combo at $399. Fantastic little printer and better than expected. I highly recommend it. I'm tempted to add the A1 for $339, especially since they can share the AMS.

Bambu charges $20 to ship printers. IF you can pick up from Microcenter, you can save yourself the $20.

Not sure if bambu warranties printers unless they are purchased direct.
Great printer though! $199 is an awesome deal.

Or is that "a" awesome deal? The "a" is directed at the word "deal" right?
"A" just doesn't sound right- In my best Joe "Well, anyways..."
The Bambu warranty kind of sucks. I wouldn't make the decision on where to buy based on that.

That said, I've been 3d printing for years on dozens of different printers. I only ever use my Bambus now. The others are just nowhere near as good.

This is a fantastic deal that I would take advantage of if I didn't already own a printer graveyard.

Just FYI, the reason for the Bambu sales event is take away from the Creality K2 Plus launch today.
I have no skin in the game, I know in the past Creality definitely didn't match Bambu in quality, and that may be the case again. BUT, the K2 Plus is a lot bigger than the X1 and has an "AMS" now; wish there were solid reviews out.

It's literally the companies anniversary sale, they would have to have planned that 2 years ago.

Okay, good to know, I guess it was Creality that butted in to coincide with the Bambu event. However, my point still stands, the K2 looks pretty dang interesting and I didn't even know about it until 3 days ago when I was strongly considering the X1.

I tried getting it today but the website kept crashing. I'll try again tomorrow but if I can't get it then I'll go for a Bambu P1S w/ AMS. Creality has been having lots of issues lately and I wouldn't want to gamble more money than that on them. Plus they won't ship until end of September at the earliest.

I didn't bother, discount on 200 units worldwide is a joke. However, I have no problem waiting and 350mm size would be amazing along with the high temps as long as issues are minor.

So tempted as I have been holding out for a multi color printer with a bigger build plate like the K2 is going to be but don't trust Creality. They even botched the launch today. Another 200 tomorrow for 50% off. Sounds like no one in the US was able to take advantage.

Damn I bought the A1 Mini a couple months ago, shoulda sprung for the AMS combo. I'm really tempted, even though I'll be screwing myself outta 100 bucks...
