The Half Acre Beer Company Oru Folding Kayak Sweepstakes ("SWEEPSTAKES") is open only to legal U.S. residents of the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Limit one (1) entry per person, during the Sweepstakes period
Winners will be determined in a random drawing on or about June 5, 2024
Two (2) Prizes will be available to be awarded.
One (1) prize will be awarded to an individual in the state of Illinois and One (1) prize will be awarded to one (1) individual from the combined other participating states. Prize Winner will receive one (1) Half Arce branded Oru folding 9' L x 32" W 1-person kayak. Specific model number, color and features of kayak to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Actual prize may differ from image of same in Sweepstakes advertising and Sponsor disclaims any liability in conjunction therewith. All other additional, unspecified expenses not specified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The Approximate RetailValue of the Prize is up to $500.00.
