The entry period for the Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on Monday, April 22, 2024, and continues through Saturday, June 15, 2024 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Entry Period").
The Sweepstakes is open only to persons who as of the date of entry are a legal resident of Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Nevada, Texas, or Washington State, who are 21 years of age or older.
There is a limit of one Entry per person per Entry Period.
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of (a) two (2) VIP tickets (one for the Winner and one for a guest of the Winner) to attend the final concert by The Rolling Stones in the Hackney Diamonds U.S. Tour (the "Tour"), currently scheduled for July 17, 2024 in Santa Clara, CA, subject to change based on Tour routing; and (b) universally redeemable gift card valued at $2,500.00 USD. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $3,500.00 USD.
Three (3) First Prizes will be awarded. The First Prize consists of The Rolling Stones merchandise packages, to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The approximate retail value of each First Prize is $450.00 USD.
