Ok so the fact it is called Lady Grey and not Earl Grey gives the second picture a different meaning

Not sure if Twinings still sources real bergamot for their Earl Grey (and by extension, maybe this variant). The box states a very CMA-style 'bergamot flavour'. I stick to Bigelow because Twinings Earl Grey, while (typically) cheaper, has a sort of fake-ish candy like orangey taste going on that is not good. Of course, YMMV.

I do enjoy Twinings English Breakfast, that said. Might be just anything with 'citrus' from Twinings is very ymmv now.
