I had the "Planned outage for my neighborhood today and logged into my account and automated agent states that planned maintenance outages are not covered by rebate money off bill. filled it out anyways, and the five dollar credit was instantly applied to my bill. then since i was already logged into my account, say the veterans benefit for verification and its benefits.
being a veteran, applied for verification and approved in less than a minute with acknowledgement of the $180 prepaid card coming and instant diamond tier level.
During the short time to apply, one of the questions were you could be applying the verification for a family member whom has the Xfinity account versus just for yourself and your account if not mistaken.
either way, maybe a friend or family member can apply for a non military member at time of application to grab the free monies?
