Top side of the cookie is like a lid. The bottom is more like a shallow jar made of cookie. So when you bite into it, the Nutella doesn't go everywhere. I manage to get 5 tiny bites out of every cookie. It's soft like the nutella in a jar. Not sandwich creme flavored nutella.
I went through my first bag in about 2 weeks, eating 1 a day until my subscribe and save arrived with 2 replacement bags.
The cookie itself is crisp and blows away any sandwich cookie I have ever eaten. That said, it is such a niche product it could easily be discontinued in six months. People need to spread the word...
