This wasn't very easy to find so I figured others might think it's exciting. The only way I even found it was by clicking on one of the games that happened to be on the list. Looks like a ton of presale games, deluxe versions, AAA games etc... I went with the switch games:
Baten Kaitos I & II HD Remaster (Multi-Language) (Japan, No Region Protection) x 1
Final Fantasy IX (Multi-Language) (Asia, No Region Protection) x 1
The Last Faith [The Nycrux Edition] (Multi-Language) (Japan, No Region Protection) x 1

Paid $100 even. That included Taxes and shipping which is pretty great. This will be my first Play-Asia purchase but reviews online are pretty good.

This is a great deal. I've purchased several games from playasia throughout the years.
I'd consider them a trusted store.

So if it says Japan or Europe region, that's just box art? These will play on a US system without issue?

Some of the Asian releases on play-Asia's website actually don't include English language support, so if you want to play in English then make sure to select the game that you are interested in, scroll down to the "product languages" section, and verify that English is included.

Either that, or you can actually filter the whole list by language by selecting "English". If you are only looking for North American releases only, you can also filter by region by selecting "Encoding" and then "NTSC U/C".

Games are sooo cheap if you're actually in Japan right now.

Yup, I was just there and bought Princess peach, 3 mario games for $20~25 each when exchanged for dollar.

It's because of weak yen and strong dollar. ¥5000yen used to be like $50 now they're like $33.

What's with all the weird anime games? And on a Nintendo system of all consoles?

I just order like 5 games from them, no issues.

Thanks for the post.

Are you saying I can use my no foreign exchange fee credit card to purchase games from play Asia for $20 usd if I pay in yen?

I hate how they send a dvd shaped package with "Play Asia" written on it. I'm pretty sure my mailman thinks it's porn.

There is an option for neutral packaging at checkout. It only costs 50 cents.

Well, they're not dumb. They only included games that are ~ $40. FF Pixel Remaster is $80.

Really been wanting to import the last 2 Fatal Frame remakes. Sadly only the Asian region release of Maiden of Black Water is part of the sale. No go on the Asian region release of Mask of the Lunar Eclipse. They only have the Japanese region release available for that one. Really wanted get the Asian region releases because Koei Tecmo decided not to do a physical release of the games here in the U.S. Same thing happened with Square Enix and the Legend of Mana remake. Which also got a digital only release here in the U.S. sucks that a few games I've really wanted have gone digital only. Same thing happened with Alan Wake 2 and is happening with Hellbade 2 as well.

Quote from wezlypipz :
Yeah, I'm just stating for those who want to buy the Japanese or other region games, they may not know you can't trade them in, etc.
Gamestop only takes North America copies with the ESRB rating on them. IDK why not like there's a law that requires ratings. At least what I been told by a Gamestop manager.

PS4, Xbox One, PS5, Xbox Series X, and Nintendo Switch are all region free for games. They aren't region locked for games. They are only region locked for DVDs and Blurays.
I know Playstation started it with PS4 and Xbox with Xbox One. not sure when Nintendo first started being region free.

But Play-Asia isn't Japanese. They are based out of Hong Kong.

Does anyone know if a pre-order is included among the three games will they wait to ship the whole order until that game releases?
