ELIGIBILITY: The Nebula9 Zero Gravity Experience sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding IN, ME, MD, NC, PA, and WV), who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of time/date of entry.
TIMING: The Sweepstakes begins at or about 12:00 p.m. (noon) Pacific Time ("PT") on April 22, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on October 23, 2024
Prize: The prize to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is:
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for winner and one (1) guest (21 or older) to experience Zero Gravity in winner's choice of options that may include NY, FL, TX, and CA (the "Experience). Winner will also receive a check for $7,500 that may be used toward taxes. No part of any prize includes any alcoholic beverages. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $32,499.
Total ARV of all prizes available in the Sweepstakes: $32,499.
