Had zero plans today to spend $200+ on Milwaukee M12 tools, but of course SD comes though…

Starting to think the only actual slick deal would be deleting this app.
Perfect for Mother's Day, according to the site!

Seems like a pretty killer deal to me so picked one up. My friend has one and it's decent enough, but the bonus here is the two high output batteries.

It's a good price for sure, but I have no use hardly for the radio, and I have seen the 2.5 HO down to $35 on sale. So getting the radio for $45 in my mind...not for me.

The radio is great--we've been using it for at least *a year*.

*edit: almost 4 years (just checked email receipt)

Almost did the hack with just the radio and battery, then saw this. Would've been $97 for just the radio, this is $80 for the radio and a battery. That's pretty slick.

Not the same category to be compared. Milwaukee is a tool, with solid workmanship, drop-proof and waterproof, and is not based on sound quality as its selling point. Suitable for DIYers who already have many tools of this brand.

Honestly, though, the sound quality from this radio is pretty good. Our wireless turntable sounds better through this than through our entertainment center receiver (we probably need a phono pre-amp). My wife basically made the radio hers because she keeps finding uses for it.

Still trying to figure out hacks. So you can buy this add a free battery then return and keep the battery? Or do you just get a credit so it's actually less than the $129 ? Thanks

You order the bundle deal ..which this in this is case is the Radio and 2.5Ah battery but you add the "free" 2.5 Ah battery (valued at $49). Then you call HD corporate/CSR and cancel the free 2.5Ah battery. You''ll be refunded $49 (from $129) ..making the Bundle deal only $80.

The hack is the radio and battery bundle is much cheaper if you add that free 2.5 Ah battery and cancel the free gift.
